In this episode, Adam was working with a man to help him continue losing weight. While he had already lost about 6kg (14lbs) he wanted additional resources to cope when around friends and family in social situations or to cope when going on holiday as he was reverting back to old eating habits.
This session was designed to help him become more resolute in the right contexts while giving him flexibility in others. It also helped him to be more creative and to have fun making choices while also accepting that routines can help make changes automatic.
